Hobbies: I love to bike, but there are many other sports that perk my interests such as, squash, basketball, running, hiking and swimming. When I’m not exercising I like to sing, dance, cook (my specialty is soup), read, and I really enjoy good company and a game of cranium.
2009 highlights:
- Winning that Tuesday Nighter, first taste of a win, and I’m thirsty for more!
- Doing some bigger American races
- Seeing a massive improvement during BC Super Week

- Podium during BC Super Week
- Podium at Provincials
- Race hard and dig deep "it’s just pain"
- Mountain bike and Road bike team
- Turn those negative thoughts into positive energy
